The Band Toto Asia

Toto was expanding its production facilities in the overseas market and doing business in France, Germany, Indonesia, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and the People's Republic of China. Line-up

Turn Back, the band's third studio album it was an attempt to return to the classic sextet structure, and a more consistent, stronger effort with a harder edge. Its edgier sound was indicative of the maturation of group and featured drummer Bobby Kimball's increased proficiency on the drums, as well as a more confident, mature vocal delivery by singer Joseph Williams.
